Just got to sign the employment letter today. My manager agreed that I have a basic + a $300 per head commision. Now she’s saying she has a better plan. She explained that my 1st 3 case closed is a requirement. The 4th I get a $300. 5th a $500 and 6th a $1000. I trusted her therefore i listened to her go through all the other stuffs before signing it. Crap la! When I realised that both plans add up to $1800.
OK. I asked nicely if I can choose back the initial plan. I DID ASKED NICELY. She told me it was finalised and gave me a firm NO. Damn her. She says I’m negotiating! How frustrating can it be. Its her denial. TOTALLY. And she’s pushing it to me. She says its the same for the rest of my colleagues. BUT SHE TOTALLY MISS THE WHOLE POINT! She wanted to fire me. And I’m proud to have sacastically said I QUIT.
But either ways, I’m quite satisfied with now. Not really my job either. And I’m through with her. Period. I left my raisin box at my desk. So… I’ll officially be heading back to office tomorrow. She seemed quite annoyed with it. Oh and the fact that I’m intending to tell the whole world. Who knows what stories she will rant if I don’t. My reputation’s at stake lah. LOL. I love the sight of her getting agitated.
